Are you a scratchbuilt lover of 1/72 scale WW II planes? Not only for you we offer a look at a model of  Douglas B-18 Bolo which is a mutation of EXECUFORM vacuum-formed kit and ITALERI Skytrain injection moulded one. The Execuform kit provided fuselage, cowlings, resin engines and metal propellers. However, the nose of fuselage was re-designed because of B-18A variant being the origin in Execuform kit. WIngs, horizontal and vertical stabilizer as well as undercarriage are Italeri kit origin. Indeed, the wingspan had to be shortened. Concerning surface it has been done in natural metal finish being only possibility how to create a model of a plane belonging to a U.S. Army Air Force at Hawaii in December 1941.
